Level Cap on Earning Quest Items for Party with huge lvl gap

There's been a few instances of higher lvl players partying with low lvl alts to power lvl them via quests faster. This can sometimes lead to a high lvl character killing off mobs meant for lower lvl characters. I suggest there be a lvl cap on the ability to earn quests items for party members. If in a party with a huge gap (50+) and you are killing mobs that are gray/way under your lvl then no quests items can be earned for the party.

This technique creates a slave character just following the high lvl alt around and can make the game less fun for new players as we move toward official release.
