what are unfulfilled requirements for crude launcher?

Hello!

I'm lvl 18 (Dealer) and still can't equip my Crude Launcher. I got projectiles to launch.

I was sure I was fixing it by buying 2 whole levels of Launcher skills, but it still says the same thing when I try to equip it.

Check on the launcher itself to see what you need.  Launchers require strength
