i can't open my skill

alt + k and clicking right side of screen the lightning logo cant view my skill.. please help me..

Did you try getting off of the mount first?

i cant use my skill even ill change account 

 

i create lvl 1 character no one skill flash ... i spam = Alt + k or k  also clicking the menu botton Lightning icon.. 

 

ill try also to reinstalls 2 times.. i can i do.. no SKILL FLASH... i cant play rose without see SKILLS.. 

 

help me Try to help me with the use of Team viewer or everything plss HELP... so that i can play better again T_T
