Loot / Grand Master Golem Question

Hello! Played way back on Erose/iRose 15+ years ago, don't remember the loot system, but if I'm not entirely wrong you usually don't get loot if it's "lightblue or gray" for you. So the thing I am wondering about is there a "Level range gap" between monsters and what is it for Grand Master Golem or other "Superior/Kings variant". Kind of curious since I think it drops "Faust" and other juicy purples that would be fun to grind out before alting. So to sum it up, is there a lvl range for Grand Master Golem, does it drop the diff purple weapons & Do you still receive items at a certain color?
