Can I please get a pc

Is "the god who would not be moved" the end of the episode quest until they have further update? I tried talking to the npc in eldon, but it won't proceed with the quest. I am lvl 153 right, am I too low lvl to continue?

Come back after like 15+ years, Trying to build a FS cleric, but not sure what direction to go with, the game looks quite a bit different since I played Can anyone share their FS cleric build, including what skill to learn, stat, gear, etc. Thank you very much
