This Quest give you 10 Spider web, if you got any of it in your bag, you can not get the quest. You have to use all the spiderweb, to make space to take the quest again.

I only got 3 Quest open, In Need of Supplies quest i got after Orlo Portal was this one. Help Skully done, Help Bighand Jack done, but Help Dr. Ega i could not do it. I could not accept the quest from her, dunno why
