I would like this as well, I want to use my snowboard as my shield.

I agree with making the character locked on acquired items (Armors, Weapons, Skills) account bound. I got spare valor on my alt I don't play as often now, I would like to use those points towards something useful for my main. Grinding valor is a pain in the ass imo. I am not too sure about allowing player to trade armor and skills though.

@HoneyBunsIs ROSE Points purchase only USD? $50 rose points is like $80 Canadian (CAD). I was wondering if the prices were suppose to change base on geographic?

I didn't want to drop a large amount of money for something I didn't need lol. I could have swore some event items was best in slot for con & sen crafters. I guess I will wait until some people decide to put up the items in vendor.

@HoneyBuns Any of the reward have additional stats? I was wondering if anything is useful for crafters to pick up.

I needed more room for repeatable quest on eldeon and decided to remove the final episode quest. I was wondering how I would get it back (just incase the development team decide to add new stuff) or if i should really care about it at all?

You can't trade the items from other characters or buy them from player shops. You have to be the one that collects the trash and turn it in for the buoy and the suit in order to get the whistle. I tried using the items on another toon on the account, doesn't seem to work.
