What are the level requirements for these items? I need something I can actually use on my level, 43. High Level super Unique Spears for millions I can see in shops.

hey Guys, I am playing a Spear Soldier as my first Character but my Equipment is lvl25 Stuff, my Spear a Quest Spear I got on lvl26 or something, I am lvl42 now and I feel super weak. Where can I find a better spear or equip? I am right now in the Desert, fighting Bees, and oh my god those Bees destroy me, especially the Queens. Anything I am doing wrong? Also, is it worth to get the Resources to upgrade low level Weapons?
