Differences with iRose early game?

Hello, I played this game eons ago and just liked the grindy chill aspect of it, I think I levelled a character to lvl 50 or something in that range a few times. 

What are the biggest differences for early game compared to irose? 

I saw buffs are changed but is it still viable to use a cleric in combination with another class simultaneously?
