Hello Rose Team,

 

I cannot log in to my game account, it keeps telling me Log in failed. I already changed/reset my password. I can log in to the website using the account but when I log in to the game client it still keeps saying Log in failed. Thank you for your help in advance. Hoping to hear from you.

There were some issues with the latest patch yesterday, but they have been resolved. Please close all game clients. Then find the ROSE installation folder on your computer and delete the folder inside called updater folder. Then run the launcher again and let it repatch.

Ma'am I'm also having trouble logging in, it always says "login failed" , I also did deleting the udpate folder but still the same

That happened to me a couple of times too but I just closed the client and tried again and it worked. If you deleted the updater folder and that didn't fix it, you might need to delete trose and repatch. Be sure that you close out of all ROSE windows completely first.

I've already deleted all the files, re installed it, and still the same issue. Login failed. 😞

I've done it several times, but it still persists "login failed"
