Would you care to share your idea on how to get chromium (not on valor shop)? Plan to craft it.

Is it possible to grind it in certain place?

Is the most efficient way is to disassemble items, what item though?

You can buy chrome set pieces (helm, armour, gauntlets or boots) from Saki.

This site will tell you what items use chromium and can be disassembled to obtain it, like zstark suggested, the chrome set can be bought from NPC. A lot of weapons will give you chronium too
