What happened to buffs?

I just started back after years of not playing and all the buffs are gone apparently?

What do I do with the cleric build I am making? can you do anything besides healing?

What is the point of the cleric now?

All the buffs have been split between the 4 classes. Each class has 4 buffs each. Only with a party or group can you get all buffs. Makes all the classes fairer.

Each job class already had buffs back at the old NA server. The difference here is that clerics no longer have every buff too.

That used to be the whole point of a Cleric, to support the party with buffs and healing. I don't like this change either.
I could see it as a way to promote more inclusion of all classes, and each being a vital role, but I still.
