black screen only

i newly formatted my computer because of some windows issues. no hardware changes. i reinstalled rose. but i cant play. black screen only and arrow. please help on how to fix.

i tried running rose without videocard and it runs. but its to laggy and can't enjoy playing. it seems rose cant detect my videocard eventhough i installed the latest drivers for it. btw rose is running smooth before i reformatted my computer. this is the first time that happens to me

Hello! This is very likely graphics card related. If you have multiple graphics cards we may possibly be selecting the wrong one. Are you able to share more details about your setup? Is it a laptop with intel graphics and an gpu or a desktop?
