"Login Failed"

Hello,

I'm trying to login through the game client but it says "Login Failed".  Right now I'm trying to access the official website but it shows a "502 Bad Gateway" Error.  Am I the only one experiencing this?

Before this happened I was trying to create a new character, and while it was loading (after I confirmed the character details), I pressed "Cancel" and I was automatically logged out -- as if I was kicked.  I tried to relog then I started to experience what I mentioned above.  Already tried restarting my PC and nothing happened, still the same situation.  Are the servers currently down at this time?

Hi

There is a problem with the website right now. The team is working on it.  Once it's fixed, you should be able to log in normally.

Hello, 

As of the moment, I can access my account again, in game. 

The website was the first that I checked if it can be visited, then afterwards I tried relogging but it didn't push-through a couple of times.  

Right now it works, perhaps there was a server issue that was needed to be addressed here.  Thanks!
