No puedo ingresar al juego

Buenos dias, tengo el juego descargado e instalado correctamente, al iniciar el luncher no tengo problemas, pero al darle "play" me sale un aviso de un problema y me indica si deseo reportarlo y no me deja ingresar al juego, adjunto imagenes.. solicito ayuda por favor.

ya instalé la ultima version del programa que me envio en el link, y ya no me aparece el aviso (ROSE Online - Crash Upload). 

Ahora le doy PLAY en el Launcher y no se abre nada asi como se muestra en el video.

That's unusual, it appears you have other games that work on that computer so not sure why this one is not working. I'd recommend this step as a last resort:
