That's unusual that you can get to this screen but then it freezes, what are your system specification? What is your graphics card?

I fomatted my laptop to windows 10 and still

I got 2 cores with 2.4Ghz Clockspeed

6gb rm

Insufficient cpu core amount said but i have 2 cores and cant detect the video card

@stormsurge You'll need to force Directx9 to get the game to work on that PC. Here are the general steps:

 

1. Open file explorer and navigate to

%APPDATA%/Rednim Games/ROSE Online/config

If that folder does not exist then please navigate to just %APPDATA% and create the folders:

 

2. In the config folder, find file `rose.toml`. If it doesn't exist please create it but make sure file extensions are enabled so it has the right extension:

 

3. Open the file using notepad and look for a section called [video] if it doesn't exist then you can add it. It should look like this:

[video]
backend="dx9"

 

This will force a compatibility option for the game. However, please be aware that there will be some visual bugs on certain maps where the tiles will appear incorrect.
