FredGames07 Posted October 25, 2024 Posted October 25, 2024 I have a Raider that has full passive movement abilities and I'm using wings to move faster. Then I'm running and another Hawker passes by like a bullet. How can this be? How much movement can a Raider get with its own buff?

This guide explains about moving substats.
