Game crashes before loading

I was getting the "Please Update Client" error.

I deleted the TRose file and the Updater directory as the forum suggested.

The updater worked, updating the game.

However, when I try to run the game from the updater I get a "Game Crashed" message asking me to send data or not but then closes after either choice.

What can I do?
