Black screen issue cannot open Log in portal

Make sure that you are completely logged out of the game on all clients, find the ROSE installation folder on your computer and delete the updater folder inside there.  Then start the launcher again and let it repatch

If that doesn't fix it, check to be sure that your Windows installation and the drivers on your pc are fully updated.
