A bug last June caused it to be in the Summer Festival but this year the bug was fixed. We have not had the Halloween Faces in the game yet because there are some issues but maybe with some luck we can have it in the game this Halloween

Last summer during that event, some people did get that face.  It was a bug that's been fixed but hopefully we can get those faces back at some point in the Halloween event where they are supposed to be.

Yep and that's what was bugged last year when the Werewolf face was in the event instead. This year, nothing happened when you talked to that drowned guy on the beach- no Halloween face and no sunburned face.

If you're talking about the Halloween faces that we had at NA, unfortunately those are not in the game.  Something broke and it's very complicated to fix. Hopefully we can get them back for next year
