  1. I will read it but I do not think that cleric should become more powerful tbh it is the support class and making it way stronger will defeat the purpose of the class. And I really like it’s roll. Disregarding all of this, battle cleric is already super OP if built well and I am quite certain it will be in the meta
  2. Explain how removing clerics buffs will make the cleric stronger
  3. I completely agree with everything you’ve said. And this change will just exacerbate the buff slave problem too, which was the whole point of changing clerics they wanted to avoid. It will make it worse by spreading the buffs out making multiple classes useless and used for the sole purpose of buffing, rather than just cleric, the intended support class. I guess we will see once ea rolls around, but I am hoping they will revert the changes
  4. I read their post, theirs is more talking about specific items to add, where my suggestion is more about customizing your desired weapons projectile while not changing the weapon itself.
  5. I think it would be really dope to add weapon effects to IM like thunder, frost, fire, I think people would really like this and it would look really cool and add some more options of things to add to IM that do not give any sort of advantage but just look really cool. For ranged weapons, I think it would be really cool to add some kind of aesthetic coupon or something that changes the projectile of wands, and also permanently changes them for arrows and also pellets and shells, players should be able to pick the projectile aesthetic in my opinion without having to buy the more expensive arrows, shells, or pellets. For example, if players want to buy the Perminant projectile of cold bullets because they like the looks, they should be able to permanently purchase it from IM i think without having to worry about having the zulie to buy it may it be expensive or not. These permanent projectile "cosmetics" would of course not effect the damage you do at all, and would not give you the same benefits of having cold bullets for example if you do not have them equipped so it does not give any advantage outside of aesthetics and it would be SUPER cool if you can apply different aesthetic projectiles to different weapons, to see which you like more or how ur feeling. This would give each weapon a unique factor and make them feel special and make it so much fun and encourage using different items, really allowing you to customize them, making them feel more special and like your own.
  6. I think it would be really cool to be able to purchase some kind of effect /animation for ur weapon aswell for example lightning, frost, fire, poison i love weapons with cool animations and effects and i think this would be huge in this game especially and add so much to it and make for more items to buy from the IM
  7. I think that adding an easily accessible party finder UI tool to the game would be extremely beneficial introducing new players to parties very easily, not having to search all across the map to find one, probably not knowing which spots are good or not. I think that the game needs something easily accessible like this and some way to introduce parties more and encourage more party play, even to solo players who normally would not join one. I think this would be very encouraging to solo players, new players, and in general be good for parties as there are lots of spots around the map players may not know about, this would help them get members. I think this would encourage a lot more activity and introduce new people to so much of the game not having to explore to find out how to do it, People to not have the attention spans they used to, and easily accessible content is really important, and its not like its an instanced mode or anything, so no need to worry about making the game feel less engaging, infact I think this will help with more engagement and encourage a lot more players to do this as its just a tool to help you find a party very easily, and introduce it to players unaware of it. The idea is all the parties created would show up on an easily accessible UI tool OR better yet, only show parties within your level range. and once you find a party you're interested in joining, you can request to join, and if accepted it will show you the map they're at and where on it. This eventually if worked on, could be an incredible tool and expanded to finding searching for dungeon groups and CD groups, eventually would be cool to be able to specify the class(es) you desire and maybe it could show your gear to help them know weather they're suited for such content. Let me know what you think Cheers Rosarians!
  8. So I am a little concerned about the longevity of the game with cosmetic's primarily as their only source of monetization and was trying to think of other ideas, that would not be off putting to players. Then I remembered, Warpportal used to do optional surveys that players could do to gain a small-decent amount of IM pts. I truly think that this is a genius monetization option, and am bewildered why other games / companies don't do this. The idea is, players would have the option to do an optional survey to earn IM pts, and then the provider /company /owner of that survey would then pay rednim games for the exposure and advertisement of that product or whatever it is. This could also then be extended to ads that earned you points. I think this would not only bring more players to the game, being able to get the item they desire to get for free not having to buy it, and would be help the funding and longevity of the game and development for years longer than if it didn't have it. Let me know what you think in the comments! Thanks!
  9. Lazy penguin has rechecked and clarified that is it actually a base party increase change.
  10. I think player's are rushed too fast to pick a certain weapon, and don't even really understand what that weapon may be better or worse at, or that it even exists and is able to be used with their class. I think there should be some sort of simple instructions and introductions for each weapon type, telling people what their strengths and weaknesses are. I think this would be teach players more about the game and what playstyle they want to do, and what kind of build they want for their character. I think in general this game needs alot more introductions for game mechanics and systems. Yes i know that most of us are rose vets that already know all of this, but it would be very informative to new players and would help them decide which to play and in general is good to teach players about the game rather than making them figure it out for themselves.
  11. i absolutely love this idea and agree it needs to be implemented! Some private servers already have loadouts as a feature.
  12. I do think they should increase the clan from level 1, 10 players is not enough especially considering party sizes have been increased to 10 as well, but i think a max level clan does not need more players.
  13. I was thinking, it would be really cool if there was some kind of coupon that consumed, and absorbed the level of your current party (only if you are party leader) and it completely reset your party to level 1, and saved the level of that party in that scroll and could be used on a party for a different time if you wanted to save that party level, and transfer the hard work you did in leveling the party, to another party if you for example had to leave and wanted to savor that extra exp. I understand maybe rednim would rather people have to relevel a party every time, idk but this would be something that is bought for a good amount of zulie at an NPC, and has a limited amount of uses, ( i recomend 1 use per) and maybe add a cooldown of how many you can purchase in a week. as its a very valueble asset and would be unfair to use it as many times as you want. So, this would not be without cost and a super easy thing to get, you still have to make sacrifices. Before you say, "i dont like the idea of saving parties" Let's be honest, we all know that back in NA days when people had a level 50 party, or any leveled party they wanted to save, and they had to leave, they would just pass it to a friendand just vend and afk that whole time until that player was back online and would pass it back over to them. and this method will absolutely be used regardless if this item were implemented. I just think this would be a really cool legit way to save that party and allow people an option to avoid doing that, creating for less inactivity of people afking and in in general discourage unorthodox methods of getting around things such as this. Pros: 1.) Promotes zulie use making the currency more valueble 2.) discourages party passing and unnecessary inactivity for the sole reason of saving a party 3.) Would be more respectful of players time not having to relevel the party, unable to save their hard work. cons 1). players without the required amount of zulie could not use this feature. 2.) would reduce the grind and allow for easier party leveling. I'd love to know what your thoughts are on this idea! Thanks, Cheers Rosarians!
  14. recruiting people for our clan, Angelic. we will be a creating at early access. We will be more hardcore oriented clan and focused on pve and pvp and work towards achieving great things, pushing endgame and overall creating a friendly, helpful tight nit community. We mainly consist of old school rose vets from the United States as of now, but will be accepting players from all over the place, We are are English speaking. I’ve just made a discord for the clan so we can be very communicative and prepared for Early access. We’re also looking for a good deputy master/ moderator for the discord as well to help grow that and the clan. Comment below if you're interested, or dm me on discord @thelastofthemeheecans#0923 Thanks! Cheers Rosarians
  15. Thanks for your feedback, I see what you mean, however it would not replace healing or try to do that in any means, infact it would enhance healing more than anything, reducing the amount of heals needed. It'd be an applied shield buff used more in specific scenarios like for example if the cleric has an extra abundance of mana, and would sacrifice that mana to a 35% damage absorbtion shield. This could be casted on players whatever their health may be, and reduce the amount of heals needed and allow that you to focus on healing other players, and act as an extra pair of hands kind of. This would even make for more build diversity, utilizing stats to get your mana up and gems you maybe would not consider before. You may even find yourself using less mana due to not having to spam heal people as much since this is reducing your need of it so much. Thanks a lot for reading. Cheers!
  16. Considering the changes with cleric and Rednim wanting the class to be more active, I think it would be really cool, and support and enhance that idea if cleric got their own seperate version of Mana Shield that was cast able on other friendly players as a defensive support spell that sacrificed and used a good portion of the cleric's mana to shield and support a player (as it would be hard to make the clerics MP decrease depending on how much the player it was casted on is hit for) If it were a fixed amount, like for example drain 40% of the cleric's mana in return for 35% shield or something similar. And this spell is only for cleric, not muse as well and act's as a seperate support version of mana shield for muse. And of course they can still have that spell as well but they could not overlap the spells of course. I think this would also create more build diversity, and utilize stats, gears and gems more catered toward increasing max mana and mana consumption. Thanks for reading, I'd love to know what you think about this idea. Cheers, Rosarians
  17. i love this idea of having aoe buffs this would solve all of the problems and avoid it being a buffslave and make it more interactive and hard. love love this. and yeah it is unfortunately striping cleric of it identity but i highly doubt they will go back on these changes i think they already are too far in =/
  18. I really like the idea of letting players choose between longer duration and stronger buffs thats a really good idea! although having them only in parties there would still be this unfair advantage and people will just stay in the party the whole time. i think a good idea maybe would be just to have them as PvE buffs and unable to be used as PVP but the caster/ owner of the buff gets to keep both benefits where as when placing the buff on other players they just get pvE benefits. cuz thats really where it becomes unfair to other players is when you factor in pvp.
  19. That's practically exactly what im saying is remove buffs. Idk if you mean remove buff pots too? i think buff pots are fine and fair, i just think that having other classes being able to buff you is unfair and easily can be easily exploited by running multiple clients on other pc's I'm not by any means forcing anybody to do anything i'm simply giving ideas towards a game mechanic in hopes to avoid certain scenarios and metas from happening again and giving them ideas on how to solve that. I disagree with the passives being an alternative to buffs i think it would just make the game even more unbalanced and classes more OP to make these buffs a passive you get all the time, should just be removed entirely rather than making every class feel as OP not having buffs. But thanks for your feedback!
  20. Hello. I had just created a similar post to this a little bit ago, but thought of an even better idea than fully removing all class specific AOE self buffs. For people who have not read my first post, i will briefly try to inform you about why I wanted AOE self buffs to be removed. I think it is a very exploitable game mechanic and will ultimately turn other classes into "buffslaves" defeating their purpose enitirely toward the reasoning of why they removed cleric offensive buffs in the first place, which was to avoid being a "buffslave" making them playable such as every other class. this But i think this will even further push people to seek other alternatives such as buffs from other classes to supplement those buffs normally recieved by cleric. In doing so, this led to the "buffslave meta" Back in 2017 in NA rose everybody was using other classes as a "buffslave" they would be decked out completely in max charm gear in able to get the best possible buffs. These buffs were Extremely overpowered and made the game so unfair and unbalanced to a point anybody who didn't have these "buffslaves" would be demolished in PVP. Well, After further thought i have decided its an even better idea to just make the buffs only effective in PVE and remove the stats gained by the buff completely from pvp. Because the unfair, unlevel playing field advantages don't come into play until you factor in PVP, that is where it becomes extremely unfair and unbalanced. So, I think it'd favor most people to keep these buffs PVE only than completely removing them as players still get to feel strong and being nerfed is just not fun at all. To even further improve this idea, I then thought it would be awesome to keep the class diversity and uniqueness to all playstyles to make it so the caster /owner of that class specific buff not only keeps the PVE benefits like other players benefiting from these buffs, but the owner/caster also gets to keep the PVP benefits aswell. I think this would be a really cool idea and would not only serve as the solution to these exploitable game mechanics, but also improve the players experience by improving playstyles and adding more diversity in them. Thanks so much for reading, I'd love to hear your feedback on these matters down below. Have a great day Roserians
  21. In this post I'd like to make people aware of a big concern I, and some people may have. That concern lies with the fact all classes will have their own buff(s) that is able to buff others, rather than before having cleric be able to give all buffs, hawker, soldier, dealer, and muse will be able to. Now I understand their intentions behind removing cleric offensive buffs, them wanting cleric to be more of a playable class and avoid them being used as only "buffslaves" However, this raises an even bigger issues and will just shift the label of clerics being a "buffslave" to all of the other classes, making players make multiple of each class only for the purpose of giving that classes buff, rendering that character useless for anything else, which ultimately defeats the purpose of their initial reasoning of removing cleric buffs, to avoid any class from being a "buffslave". And if you don't think this is going to happen, I'm sorry to inform you it will, i experienced this meta myself in the 2016-17 era of NA rose, everybody had their buffslaves dedicated to those two buffs they got rendering them useless for anything else. I think to solve this problem, the best solution would be to simply remove all targeted buffs make all of the classs a specific buffs self buff only. I think this would not only make for a level playing field, solving the solution of having no characters or classes as buffslaves, but also incentivize diverse and unique playstyles. By this i mean it will provoke players to give more thought to what class they'd like to play, and pick what stat theyd like to specialize in, for example hawker is atk speed movement speed, soldier is atk power defensive, dealer is accuracy, critical, etc. i think i just think it would make that class more unique to certain stats, adding to the lore of that class providing more class specific benefits, creating more diverse playstyles rather than playing one class who can have every buff they want. I'd love to hear your thought on this issue if you have any. Thanks so much for reading!
  22. I guess it would be cool but it seems kind of unnecessary especially if it would mean them spending development time on this idea rather than doing other useful things for a very small convenience I doubt a lot of players would even utilize
  23. I really dislike this idea it completely discriminates against players who cannot play all the time and maintain their gear as other hardcore players may be able to. And would discourage players from having multiple sets sorta. I even dislike the fact you have to repair gear even and think it just punishes newbs. Sorry but I strongly disagree with this idea and I am a hardcore player who would maintain their items
  24. I think that would be so sick if they had game modes for castle gears like team death match and also races for cars each with w matchmaking system
