yes good point, but why can I add it as a costume anyway.. then that shouldn't be possible. But I bought it just for that purpose, so that sucks

The Wishing star (event item) is not visible if you wear it through the ''costume'' tab.

It is rotating automatically, but you can make a choice, edit the rose.ini file.
