[There is a Leveling Guide]

Does anyone have a guide or tip on where to level up at each level? It's a little difficult to know where to level up I'm at level 75

Hey guys I'm with a lvl 70 dealer I'm trying to create a weapon but the percentage when I put all the reagents is at 0% and it always fails, is there anything that needs to be done?
