The guy near mildun that sells a full inventory of max stats everyday is a zulie selller. And to answer your question about how people are able to afford all those expensive items? They buy zulies, which isn’t allowed in the game.

I groan every time I get 9th bind/apo as a reward, while my team gets Forest Ash. One of the main reasons why Forest Ash and Drills are so expensive now. Nobody wants to run SC.
