I think with Soul Recall, it should be made a longer cooldown time in PvP, it's to easy to rely on been revived all the time and the respawn timer is much slower than the cooldown timer. make it 3-4 seconds so opposing players get distracted by a new target so it's not just spam killing the same person over and over every 3 seconds
I like the idea of locking someone in ice until broken out, but make that a good cool down amount

I completely agree with all of this!!! I've just hit Lvl 249 with my bourg (first ever end game char) and now the fun of learning the art of buying/selling and how to best make my char's the best they can be even though I played long ago, I didn't learn any of it....

I've played 2 computer's with 3 clients running between them since starting and haven't found an issue... it's much harder especially when trying to be active on all 3 in the same party at once... I now tend to only run 2 clients it's a little easier

Some people can read what you wrote, and understand it without needing anything else. To me, having that chart along with your information, is needed for me to fully understand. I personally am kind of slow to understanding.
It's like rephrasing yourself to help others understand what you're saying.
It also gives the information you've given, faster than reading it.I agree that it helps some who don't learn as well just from reading... a picture for some is easier to understand and remember than for others

how is it more disgusting to go into a PvP area and getting butt kicked by someone who has put the EFFORT into their build? you just sound like a jelous toddler because your butt hurt from losing
... Anyway back to the actual topic... Anything that gives an unfair advantage to those who pay money for the game...
Things like
-special mounts/carts would be pretty awesome, but they have to be char/acc locked
-remote storage access; but only limited types and number of items can be put in at at time. E.g. can only put equip in storage, but you can only use 1 page specific to remote storage with a say 10-1000 zulie increase per item, depending on normal price for storage
-more char's per account would be good, I personally use my char storage to help sort everything
-unique costumes would be awesome, but make them account bound or I believe there would be way to much RMT for people not wanting to support the dev's by buying them the right way
