[Daily Quest(GA) Esmee]

I'm wondering, is there a list or pattern on the schedule on daily quests in GA, specifically on Esmee(AA, Drac and CD)? Does it change weekly? Or it changes per hour? Or is it daily?

Is there something missing from the dual rigging unique skill? If none, then it is non-sense. This is just dual layer, and dual layer is actually better because of the duration. I think there's something missing from the unique skill. Or idk can you explain? Thanks
