TY!! I have an Arty who is only 110 and I hadn't looked at skill yet as I have been busy looking for the elusive wheel schematic first lol.  Now to find steam viper

So If I am understanding correctly, we only get engine and cart schematic for event and the wheels will be made from the cart schematic?

thanks to both of you.  I had forgotten where the NPC was located since it has been a few years  and found it when I exited to get to mount eruca for a quest and came here to say I had found it lol.

Lokina, and I think Mommanub, friia, Barrchetta.  Started in GPK then ended up in 40 Thieves;  Have restarted again as Lokina. Had tried on and off before shut down to play again but had so much lag.  Glad to see it pop back up again.
