It says it does not destroy equipment. Having a "destruction scissor" might improve the usage of gems in lower levels. Since separation drill cost a lot of valor for lowbies.

Can we have an item like "Destruction drill" but instead destroys the equipment, keeping the gem? Any thoughts? Is it imbalanced?
