  1. I support this especially on the notion of showing peoples levels. I've seen a few instances where people scream and turn incredibly toxic yelling at players that they better be the level they said they were. To be fair if said player lied they'd just die or be impossible to keep alive if that was the case. But I think transparency would prevent mistrusting players from turning into toxic players.
  2. Ontop of reporting ^ Add the option to follow up by offering to block the user's text in chat / ability to friend or message the person reporting. Also allow this option without having to report. This allows players to filter out problematic players / bots from flooding the chat / preventing harassment.
  3. Oops, I was thinking of Ragnarok when I wrote that. Hard to keep track of all the class trees.
  4. We live in an age where you can choose to believe something or not. I am not here to prove anything. I had a overall really positive experience playing iRose beta and I am super looking forward to playing the game now and getting to 3rd job cleric.
  5. I played iRose beta in 2005 as a kid. I went by as Sofia Sophina Sophirian and BeeDee. This was my first MMO after having access to the family computer without much oversight. In 2004 my father had passed away and being introduced to video games as a teen was a way for me to make friends online and cope in a lot of ways from the passing of my abusive father. Won't coat it, I wasn't terribly good at games as a kid. I ended up making I think 2 muses, a hawker and a dealer. This game inspired my game career of playing full support in every game since iRose. Ragnarok? High Priestess, Maplestory? Bishop. FF14, White Mage for days, Star Citizen- medic ship. if it has a healing class I'll play it. I loved the chaos of keeping a team alive like the time I spent keeping 7 man teams in iRose alive in the fishy zone. The kindness of high leveled players, clerics- healing and buffing new players was really inspiring. I wanted to make it to level 50-70 so I could get my angel wings and hit 3rd job. Alas the beta closed before I could get there. I ended up spending the most of my time on the character named BeeDee. I took on this name because I was inspired by the negative behavior of a similar named character. I wanted to quite literally be the opposite. I'm sure I always had the values of being kind, a helper and a teacher. But as the first big game playing with other people online this set the tone for how I approached games. That you never know what someone is going through. That kindness and being understanding goes farther than the opposite. I am sad to know that buffs got spread out, but I can appreciate wanting to make sure every class is valued in a team and to give a boost to the long once known as grind-town muse city. This is pretty standard in a lot of populate MMO's including FF14. Otherwise I am absolutely looking forward to coming back to this game and working my way back up to the point I can get those angel wings & come back to spawn and help people in the game & give directions and game help. What you make of your experience in a game is up to you- You make that experience positive at the end of the day even in the face of outside adversity in game and out of game. - BeeDee Ps. Totally didn't influence my career path becoming a Graphic Designer, Illustrator and 3D modeler/Rigger/Texture Artist. So seeing this game post-career knowledge is really awesome from a new perspective.
  6. I am highly concerned moderators aren't taking this seriously as drawing attention and or this person back to public rose servers could actually spell the end of this game especially if the code hasn't been entirely fixed and secured to prevent this from happening again. I think it would be more relative to encourage users to make a post shout out to 2004 irose/naRose players instead of dredging up old drama by drawing attention to someone who wasn't nice and whom did in fact inspire people to be better and act the opposite of. Sincerely, BD
