HI! is there another way to top up aside from paypal.

This makes me stuck and sick when delivering quest or getting in the map spot , the way to armastyx and ect , when riding or walking everytime i pass on through that road it will automatically pull you to tha wall that makes your character stuck. pls see this thank you
