Majority of Katar users go for DOTs build because ASPD is nerfed. ASPD build Katars can't do anything but to auto attack.

They need to add more skill passives. Dual Raiders need more damage, Katar Raiders need more ASPD, Dealers need more DEf/MDEF, and the rest need MS.

Knights are already struggling with low damage. I think that slow attack speed that was placed in it will make knights more of a disadvantage.
