Being able to switch between different character presets would be a good addition, Each preset would be able to have different skills and stats. E.G Preset name Knight (tank) then another preset Knight (DPS), being able to switch with a click of a button perhaps? also helps people as this would stop them having to respec everytime they do dungeons then go pvp or solo pt vs group pt, each could require the player to have different stats and skills and being able to just hit a preset button could save a lot of time and hassle and improve playability.

How about we implement something called "Happy Hour" on Weekends when it would be double xp and double drop rate for an hour.

Its kind of difficult to moderate Voice chat in any game/program. So saying its difficult to moderate doesnt make sense as far as why implementation would not work.

That's what I was thinking. Being able to mute/report for racism/profanity and then that popping up on a GMs screen etc

Have no idea how difficult it would be to implement but I reckon it would be quite a fun thing to have in Rose. To further grow communities etc, having the option to voice chat within a set proximity and voice chat in parties over any distance. Include option to turn off.
