Account Security
Rednim Games is committed to the security of your accounts and offers several measures to protect your data. Here's how we keep your account safe:
- Email Validation: When you create a new account, we require you to validate your email. This step ensures that you can always recover access to your game account as long as you have access to your email.
- Unrecognized IP Login: If a login attempt is made from an unfamiliar IP address, we will send you an email to confirm the login was authentic.
- Device Authorization: To access the game, each device must be authorized. The first time you log in from a new device, you'll receive an email to verify your identity and authorize the device for gameplay.
- Two-Factor Authentication: For additional security, you have the option to enable two-factor authentication. This provides an extra layer of protection for your website account.
These security features are designed to protect your account and ensure that your gaming experience is safe and secure.

Email Verification
After first registering your account or changing the email address on your account you will be required to verify your email address. When trying to access your account on the website you will be presented with the following dialog.
In your email inbox you should receive an email with a special link to verify the address. Please allow this email a few minutes to arrive. If you haven't received the email after some time please click "Resend Verification Email" to try again. In the email will be a special link to verify your account, please simply click the button to complete this process:
If you have issues with the verify button please use the link at the bottom of the email instead.
NOTE: You will be required to verify your email address before being able to complete any actions with your account.

Location Verification
To protect your account for unauthorized access, we only allow connections from verified locations. If we detect a login from a new IP address we will send you an email to confirm it was really you trying to access your account. When logging into the website from an unverified location you will be prompted with the following dialog:
After encountering this dialog you will be sent an email where you will need to confirm the sign-in location. The email will look like this:
Please click the "Verify Sign-In Location" button to verify the sign-in or use the link at the bottom of the email. Clicking this button will take you to the website where you will be presented with an option to save the sign-in location.
When saving a verified sign-in location, you can optionally give it a name and an expiration. We recommend setting an expiration when logging in from an untrusted location such as an internet cafe, hotel wifi, cafe wifi or similar.
Sign-in locations can be managed from your user profile at https://roseonlinegame.com/user/profile

QuoteNOTE: In some cases, if the email link is opened from a different device than the original sign-in attempt it can create a need to complete this flow twice. For example if you try to login from your desktop on your home wifi but open the email link from your mobile phone on a cellular network. When adding a new location we recommend completing both steps (login & click verification link) on the same device.

Device Verification
To protect from unauthorized access to the game using your account, we require all sign-ins from a new device to be verified by email. Once a device has been authorized then it will be able to access the account without needing to be re-authorized unless removed from the device list on your profile. The first time you sign into the game using your account you will see the following dialog:
You will receive an email with a verification link that will allow you to authorize this device for access to the game, the email looks like this:
Once clicking the "Verify Device" button or using the link below, you will be redirected to the website where you will be prompted to save this device:
Once your device has been authorized then you can sign-in and access the game. Your devices can be managed from your profile at https://roseonlinegame.com/user/profile
